At Box Hill Institute, we’re committed to helping people gain the skills and confidence they need for meaningful employment. As our Employment Services Coordinator, you’ll lead the delivery of high‑quality employment support services across our Skills & Jobs Centres and related programs. You’ll work closely with the Director, Business Development to ensure clients receive accurate career, training and employment advice, while supporting strong community connections and industry engagement.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the Skills & Jobs Centres, including program delivery, KPI tracking and performance outcomes
  • Provide career, training and employment guidance through one‑on‑one consultations and group sessions
  • Coach, support and develop Career & Employment Consultants, including performance reviews and regular team check‑ins
  • Oversee rosters, workflows and day‑to‑day service delivery across multiple campuses
  • Contribute to program growth by identifying service improvement opportunities and supporting innovative employment solutions
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, reporting timelines, audit standards and BHI policies
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to support institute‑wide planning and performance insights
  • Build strong relationships with employers, service providers, community organisations and internal stakeholders

This Opportunity is full time. Salary is PACCT 7 $91,125.82 plus 12% superannuation.

  • A relevant qualification in Business, HR, Marketing, Career Development, or equivalent skills and experience
  • Strong experience in employment, career development or community services
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and build strong working relationships
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse client and industry groups
  • Proven ability to deliver meaningful client outcomes through high‑quality career and employment support
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
  • Victorian Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check clearance
